While I'm occasionally working in the long-extant realms of 'machine learning', I don't use generative AI. Not the popular kind you'll find marketed to the general public, nor the kind which you might assume I might use for work. I generally see it in the large scale as a blight on society from multiple angles, but also simply unnecessary. If you're of a different view, I'd just suggest consideration in how you do use it (as goes for anything really) beyond your immediate environment or situation, hoping you too are keen on making the world a little better - or at least no worse.
Anything you see here or elsewhere from me will be written or built by humans (probably mostly me, if it's on here), and for humans. The joy/challenge I get out of building (and occasionally writing) things is why I'm in it. Where I can, I intend to pass on tidbits of useful information, guides and tools to other humans here. On that note, this site implements the human.json protocol, and you can find pages of other humans here.
Inspired by Leonardo Uieda's page in the same vein, and those who came before it.
