About Me

I am a postdoctoral fellow within CSIRO Mineral Resources’ Geoscience Analytics and Ore Deposit Petrology teams. Since completing my PhD in isotope geochemistry, I have made a transition towards data science, and now integrate domain knowledge with new approaches and tools to interrogate large datasets and develop open software for geoscientists. My recent work has focused on using lithogeochemistry for classification and discrimination, and how to effectively visualise these models. I am passionate about making these tools and approaches accessible and enabling others to develop practical digital skills to apply in their own roles. Outside the office, I spend many of my free hours in an unplugged woodshop building furniture.
